NGW students may take full advantage of the on-campus facilities. These include dormitory, cafeteria, classrooms, stage, recreational, and athletic areas.
- All students are housed in dormitories in which most rooms are double occupancy, with some campuses offering triples and quads. NGW houses students according to age and gender. Students requesting a specific roommate must write the desired student’s name in the appropriate section on the application form.
- Three meals are provided daily by the campus cafeteria staff. Vegetarian options are available at every meal. Day students may purchase meals or meal packages on campus.
- Students attending consecutive weeks at the same location are not charged an extra night fee for the day between sessions, and meals are provided.
- Health-care providers are on most NGW campuses, and full hospital services are nearby all campuses.
- In the case of a student needing medical attention, NGW will not be held responsible for the cost of any medicine or medical services, regardless of cause. Nor can we refund tuition if a student leaves early due to illness or injury.
- NGW has a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy.
For Adult Students:
- If you are interested in accommodations with more amenities, we recommend staying at a local hotel, inn, or bed and breakfast. Students who choose an off-campus alternative may deduct $300 from their tuition for each week. Please note that meals can be purchased on campus on a per-meal basis, and certain campuses may require parking fees.
- Private rooms do not have private bathrooms and are not available at our Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Austin campuses.
- We recommend that students over the age of 18 complete and file a medical form with NGW in case of emergency.
For Younger Students:
- Students under the age of 18 are not allowed to leave campus without an approved chaperone from the NGW staff. The students must also have a signed parental permission slip on file with the NGW offices.
- Students under the age of 18 may only live off-campus and attend as a day student if dropped off and picked up daily by an adult family member.
- By law, all students under the age of 18 must have a completed health form on file. Both a family physician and parent or guardian must sign the health form. Underage students without a completed health form will not be admitted on campus.
