Forms are the documents that NGW uses to document compliance with various state regulations, NGW policies and other things like amp rentals. All forms have been converted to Adobe Acrobat format (.pdf files), which allows students and parents the ability to download and print out forms so that they may be filled out and signed prior to arriving at NGW.
